We want you to love your Charming Charlie finds, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn items with original tags within 30 days of purchase. Our goal is to make your return process as colorful and stress-free as the rest of your shopping experience.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate your request and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your return is authorized, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to your original packaging.

  Pack and Ship

  Place your items inside the box, ensuring all original jewelry cards and apparel tags are attached, then drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
